How To Apply

If you need help at any time with applying or paying for your course, we suggest that you contact one of our overseas representatives who can give you assistance with every step.

Step 1- Apply 

Download and complete the appropriate application form.

Privacy, General Consent & Disclosure Statement

Step 2- Offer 

You should receive an outcome within approximately two weeks of submitting your application. You will receive:

  • an Offer of Admission letter; or if unsuccessful,
  • information about alternative entry paths.

Step 3 - Accept & Pay 

 If you have applied through a University of Wollongong (UOW) international representative, they can assist with acceptance and payment.

If you applied directly to UOW, please complete all sections of the Offer Acceptance and Payment Advice form (Attachment A).

If applicable, attach certified evidence that you have met the conditions in your Offer of Admission letter

Return it with the total fee payable, as quoted in your letter, to:

Payment can be made by credit card or a bank draft drawn in Australian dollars.

Confirmation of Enrolment

When you have met the conditions of offer, completed the pre-visa assessment (if applicable) and paid the fees quoted, an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be emailed to you. You need this to apply for a student visa.
